RBM DESK HYDERABAD: Mega family hero Vaishnav tej recently acted in a movie “Uppena” directed by Buchi babu sana. Kruthi Shetty is an heroine in this movie. This movie was released on 12 February 2021 in theatres. This became a blockbuster movie on the silver screen.
Sometimes many movies of top heros like Chiranjeevi, Prabhas, Venkatesh, Nagarjuna, etc. run good on siver screen but they fail on televisions and get less TRP’s. Recently the movie “Uppena” was released in the channel, star maa and had become a super hit movie even on small screen by recieving 18 TRP. It is the highest rating movie in recent times after Ala vaikuntapuram and Sarileru nikkevaru. “Uppena” also crossed Ravi teja’s Crack movie which got 11.66 TRP. By seeing the content of the movie “Uppena” many of them thought that this might not connect the television viewers. But “Upenna” proved that their thinking is wrong. More importantly songs being super hit, TV audience connected more to this movie.
Same day along with “Uppena” Vijay movie “Master” was also released on small screen but this movie received less TRP(4.86) than Uppena.
