Guntur: It is a well known fact that the AP police have arrested Raghuram Krishnan Raju, an MP from the ruling YCP, who has been a frequent target of criticism of the Jagan Mohan Reddy government and government officials. The arrest of Raghuram Krishnan Raju caused a sensation in the Telugu states. Narsapuram MP Raghuram Krishnaraja was produced before the CID officials in the AP CID court. The officers introduced Raghuram Krishnaraja before the Sixth Additional Munsiff Magistrate. Today, his lawyer filed a bail petition in the AP High Court. The High Court rejected their bail petition stating that the High Court could not intervene in the case of Raghuramkrishna’s arrest. The court said it could not intervene in the Raghuramkrishna case under the present circumstances. The High Court directed that if bail is required in this case, it should go to the lower court.
