RBM DESK Hyderabad: The family of West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee is in deep grief. Mamata Banerjee ‘s brother Ashim Banerjee observed corona symptoms and went for covid test and was tested positive. He was admitted to a private hospital in Kolkata. He was treated under the guidance of experienced doctors. Doctors have been treating him with full care for the past few days but they were not successful in saving him. Today, he died due to his deteriorating condition. Mamata Banerjee’s brother Ashim Banerjee has died due to corona, said the hospital officials, Alok Roy. Mamata Banerjee’s family is deeply saddened by the death of Ashim Banerjee’s. Family members revealed that Ashim Banerjee’s funeral will be held at the Great Cemetery Ghat this afternoon according to corona rules.
